This critical project aims to enhance document security, accessibility, and operational efficiency while enabling the seamless migration from legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Project Manager, you will:- Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, define scope, set objectives, and establish timelines.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, maintaining financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise disruptions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Resource Allocation: Assign tasks, monitor team progress, and optimise the use of resources.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, from initial briefs to comprehensive post-project reports.
- Proven experience managing complex digital projects, including system procurement and implementation.
- Expertise in data migration from legacy systems.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging and managing stakeholders.
