"Birmingham signs £2bn agreement with Chinese house builder"

The Construction Enquirer has today shared the news that "Birmingham City Council has signed a deal with the fifth largest property developer in China that could be worth up to £2bn to the local economy."

Furthermore, "as part of the agreement, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange-listed company Country Garden will explore large-scale investment opportunities in Birmingham, with particular focus around HS2."
