Housing Options Advisor

We are looking for a Housing Options Officer to work with a Local Authority. This role is based in South West London and candidates will be required to work in the office for at least 3 times a week.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-      Ensuring homeless residents that approach the services of the council are interviewed appropriately in order to find the best solutions
-      Using the Housing Act (part 7) to make decisions
-      Providing advice and support to those who are homeless

Candidate requirements:
-      Previous experience of working within a similar role for another Local Authority or Housing Association
