Resident Relationship Officer

We are looking for a Resident Relationships Officer to work with a Local Authority based in North London. The role involves assisting residents with complex issues relating to domestic abuse, harassment, debt, as well as others.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Ensuring effective advice and support is provided to tenants
- Assisting residents with queries relating to housing needs/ management
- Referring residents to external services to support their needs
- Ensuring residents are empowered to achieve their goals/outcomes

Candidate requirements:

- Previous experience of working within a similar role is required
