We are looking for a Housing Options Co-ordinator to assist a Local Authority based in North London.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Receive incoming communications from residents regarding housing repairs via phone
- Diagnose repairs
- Manage contractors diaries/ schedules
- Use IT systems to update and monitor progress on jobs
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience of working within a similar role at another Local Authority or Housing Association
