Case Manager (Tenancy and Estates)

We are currently looking for a Case Manager (Tenancy and Estates) to work with a Local Authority based in the South West of England.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Manage the letting processes across the Local Authority's portfolio of properties. This includes completing tasks such as:
    o Making adverts to promote empty properties
    o Completing viewings of the properties
    o Making offers to residents on properties following a shortlisting process
- Build and maintain working relationships with housing support services across the council to ensure tenancy sustainment (i.e., rent recovery officers and tenancy management officers)

Candidate requirements:

- Experience of working within a similar role previously, including working with vulnerable populations

As discussed, the role is based in the South West of England so may be of interest to candidates based in the Somerset or Taunton areas.
