Location: Central London
Rate: £541.56 per day (Umbrella)

A central London local authority is seeking an experienced IT Product Analyst to join their Digital & Innovation team. This role is essential in supporting the design and development of public-facing digital products, particularly across the "Report It" teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and document functional and non-functional requirements for products.
• Scope, draft, and manage technical specifications and project documentation.
• Conduct as-is and to-be process mapping by collaborating with users and stakeholders to improve user journeys.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and definitions of done to guide the product teams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Analysts, and multi-disciplinary teams to support decision-making in design, development, and procurement.

Essential Experience:

• Proven experience in product analysis or architecture within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Strong track record of defining functional requirements.
• Evidence of collaborating across teams, working between research, design, and development to ensure alignment with user and business needs.
• Expertise in agile methodologies and working within fast-paced delivery environments.

About the Role:

You will be working in collaboration with other Product Analysts and Product Managers, reporting to the Lead Product Manager. The role is critical in shaping digital solutions for the community, ensuring that products meet user needs while balancing regulatory and technical requirements.
