Project Officer (Green Spaces)

We are looking for an individual that will be able to manage the green spaces across a Local Authority in Surrey. The role will involve ensuring the grounds are maintained as well as other projects.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Deliver projects relating to the green spaces across the borough
- Ensure collaboration across the projects
- Ensure any capital projects are overseen
- Ensure the maintenance services are delivered effectively and efficiently
- Complete administrative tasks in relation to contracts

Candidate requirements:

- Previous experience of working within a Project Manager role, which included managing capital budgets and meeting deadlines

As mentioned, this role is based in Surrey, but may also be of interest to candidates based in South London.
