Electrification of the UK’s rail network is only going to develop further over the next ten years. The electrification of key routes of the railway will result in faster, greener, quieter and more reliable journeys for thousands of passengers.

Our government is dedicated to investing in an electrification programme which shall renovate the rail, providing Britain with a sustainable and ‘world class’ transportation network. This shall support the economic growth of our cities and towns; improving services and bringing more seats on trains, as well as improving the reliability of some of the UK’s busiest routes. As a result, the demand for engineering specialists is extremely high.
