Over the upcoming months we will be sharing with you blog posts about the team that make up Critical Project Resourcing and their areas of specialism. Today we are starting with Seb who heads up the Civils and Structure team at Critical Project Resourcing. Having worked here for almost three years, Seb has grown his desk to specialise in the recruitment of geotechnical engineering, bridge and structures, building structures, rail civil engineering, heavy civils structures and tunneling.

Seb works with the major UK Engineering Companies including Jacobs, Mott MacDonald, Tata Steel Projects, Balfour Beatty and Carillion giving him the opportunity to recruit for roles on a wide variety of projects.

At the moment Seb has multiple engineers working on the Crossrail project, East Coast Mainline, Great Western Electrification and Midlands Mainline. He recruits for both the design and construction areas of projects that are located all over the UK.
