We are seeking a Lead Ergonomist / Human Factors Lead to oversee the Ergonomics and Human Factors Assurance of major contracts on the largest infrastructure project of a generation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Ergonomics and Human Factors Assurance process for high-profile contracts.
- Provide strategic guidance to ensure compliance with safety-critical requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate effectively with contractors and consultants.
- Act as the client-side human factors expert, ensuring seamless integration of ergonomics in project design and delivery.
- Drive innovation and excellence in safety-critical design and assurance.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Chartered status or the knowledge and experience to operate at this level.
- A strong safety-critical background in industries ie. Nuclear, Aviation, or Medical.
- Proven experience in client-side Human Factors roles, with a solid understanding of working with contractors and consultants.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders and drive project outcomes.
- A passion for delivering human-centric design and assurance at the highest level.
